Vruksham Talent Group

Vruksham Talent Group is based in the Gurudarshan building, which is number 15-33. We are up on the first floor. If you know where the More supermarket is on Bull Temple Road, we are just behind it in Mahanth’s Layout. It’s a pretty central location, which is helpful when people are coming in to talk to us. We mostly spend our time trying to match people with the right kind of jobs. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and going through lists of names and skills. It can be a bit tiring, but it's what we do. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some desks and a couple of chairs for visitors. We don't have a big HR department because we are the HR department. Bull Temple Road is always a bit of a scramble with traffic and people, so being tucked away in the layout behind the store gives us a little bit of peace to get things done. We’ve been working from this spot for a while now. We don’t use a lot of corporate buzzwords or anything like that. We just try to understand what a person is looking for and see if we can help them out. It’s a small, local operation and we like keeping it that way. Most of our day is just regular office work, nothing too exciting, but it keeps the lights on.
