Our location is out at 507 in the 4th Phase of the Peenya Industrial Area, specifically within the 2nd Stage. If you know Bangalore, you know that Peenya is a real hub of activity. It’s noisy, it’s dusty, and the traffic around here can be a nightmare during the morning rush. Our building is a solid, functional place that fits right in with the other factories around us. Inside, we have our equipment and a small area for the office staff. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. We have concrete floors and sturdy workbenches. Most of our day is spent managing the production side of things for Von Roll India. We have a lot of parts and materials coming in and out, so there is always a truck being loaded or unloaded at the gate. The heat from the machines can make the floor a bit warm, so we keep the big fans running all day long. We take our tea breaks together in the small shade outside the main door. It’s a good group of people here, and we’ve mostly been working together for a long time. We don't have any big speeches about what we do. We just come in, do the work, and try to make sure everything is handled properly. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day in a busy industrial zone with our small team.
