Being based in Bengaluru, we are right in the middle of all the technical noise of the city. Volt Technical Resources is really just a group of people trying to connect the right technical talent with the right projects. We don't have a massive glass building or anything like that. It’s more about the folders of resumes and the constant emails going back and forth. The city is always changing, and we see that in the kind of work that comes across our desks. Some days it’s all about software, and other days it’s more traditional engineering roles. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who are looking for their next move. It can be a bit chaotic because things move so fast here. We grab lunch at the local spots and then get back to the phones. The traffic in Bengaluru is something we have to plan our whole day around, just like everyone else. We try to keep things straightforward and honest when we talk to people. There isn't much use for fancy talk when someone just needs a job or a company needs a technician. It’s a basic operation but it stays busy because there is always someone looking for help with technical staffing. We just do our part in the bigger picture of the city’s industry and hope the internet stays fast.
