Vmaks Builders Pvt Ltd is over at number 241 in the B.C.C Layout. We are in the 2nd Stage part of the neighborhood in Vijayanagar. If you find the Ganesh Temple near Chandra Layout, you’re basically right there. Bangalore is a fast-moving city, but our corner feels a bit more like a community. The office isn't anything special to look at. It's just a functional space where we handle our building business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tracking down materials. Being in the 560040 area means we are close to where a lot of the action is. Traffic can be a real pain in this part of Bangalore, so we usually start our days early to beat the rush. We are a small team, and we don't really go for the corporate lifestyle. Most of the time, our desks are piled high with site reports and schedules. It’s hard work, and sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery being late. We just deal with it and keep moving. Being near the temple is nice because everyone knows it as a landmark. We’ve been here long enough to know the local tea stall owners and the other shops nearby. We aren't trying to be the biggest builders in the country. We just want to do our daily work and keep things running smoothly from our office in Chandra Layout.
