Our office is located at M-137, 9th A Main, in the LIC Colony part of Jeevan Bhima Nagar. It’s over in HAL 3rd Stage, which is a fairly quiet residential area compared to the main roads. We started Vk Building Services because we knew how to fix things and manage properties. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. We just know about plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance. Most of our day is spent coordinating with workers or visiting sites to see how a job is going. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to finish a roof or a wall on time, and we have to explain that to the owners. We try to be as clear as possible. Our office is simple, mostly just a place to keep our tools and some files on past jobs. We aren't trying to build the biggest skyscrapers; we just want to make sure the buildings we look after stay in good shape. Living and working in Jeevan Bhima Nagar is nice because we know a lot of the neighbors. We aren't a big corporate entity; we are just a local team that knows how to use a hammer and a drill. It’s honest work, and we plan on staying here for a long time, just doing what we do for the houses around here.
