You can find Vivek Builders over at Chinthamani Nagar in the Avarampalayam area of Coimbatore. We share some space or association with Puravankara Projects, but our daily grind happens at number 10. It is a typical local office for a building company. There are maps of the city on the walls and plenty of dust from the nearby roads. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in Tamil Nadu, just a reliable one that gets the job done. The office is usually a mess of site reports, cement quotes, and half-empty coffee cups. It gets pretty hot in Coimbatore, so the fans are always going. We have a few people who handle the site visits and a couple more who stay back to manage the accounts and the legal side of things. It’s a small team, really. We know the local vendors and the laborers around here quite well since we’ve been in this spot for a while. Usually, someone is coming or going to a site, so it’s rarely quiet. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people just hear about us through word of mouth or see our boards up at a construction site nearby. We just wake up, get to the office, and see what the day's problems are. It’s a lot of work, but it’s what we do. We try to keep things simple and avoid any unnecessary corporate talk.
