We are located at 23, 3rd F Main Road in Nagamma Layour. Most people find us by looking for the flour mill, since we are right next to it in Kaval Byrasandra. Bangalore traffic can be a mess, but once you get here, it’s a bit quieter. We handle HR services, which mostly means we spend our time looking through resumes and talking to people on the phone. Our office isn't very big, but it’s enough for what we do. We try to help people find jobs and help companies find staff, but it’s a lot of work to get the match right. Sometimes people don't show up for interviews, and other times we find the perfect person only for them to take another job. That is just how the hiring business works. We have piles of papers and folders on the desks, and the printer is usually running. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important for the folks who are looking for a break. We don't use any fancy software that promises magic results. It’s just us doing the research and making the calls. If you walk past the Cauveri flour mill, you’ll see our door. We’re usually inside trying to catch up on emails or scheduling the next round of meetings for the week.
