Vision International

We’re located over in Hanumanth Nagar, specifically at number 67 on 13th Main, 4th Cross. It’s a fairly quiet neighborhood compared to the main roads, which we quite like. Our setup is pretty basic. We spend most of our time on the phone or handling paperwork for various orders. Vision International isn't a huge operation with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us here making sure things get from one place to another. The office is often filled with stacks of files and the sound of the printer going off. Sometimes the courier guys are in and out all afternoon, which keeps us on our toes. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things when you know every detail yourself. We don't have a big sign out front or anything flashy. Most people who deal with us already know where we are. It’s the kind of place where we make our own coffee and occasionally have to fix the internet router ourselves. We don’t really do fancy presentations or meetings that last for hours. We just focus on the day’s tasks and try to get home at a decent hour. It’s a practical way of working. Dealing with different suppliers can be a headache sometimes, but we’ve learned how to handle the ups and downs of the business over the years. It’s just steady, everyday work in a corner of Bangalore.
