Vishal Promoters

We are located in Nagashettyhalli, tucked away on the 1st Main in Bhadrappa Layout. It's a nice part of Bangalore, near Sanjay Nagar. Being promoters means we spend a lot of time looking at land and talking to people about where they want to live or build. Our office at number 76 is a straightforward space where we meet and talk. There’s usually a bit of traffic on the 2nd Cross, but that’s just Bangalore for you. We started out small and stayed that way because it's easier to manage things ourselves. We don't have a fancy reception desk or people in suits waiting at the door. It’s just us. Sometimes we’re out on-site more than we are in the office, so the chairs might be empty for a few hours. We know the local area well, from the shops nearby to the way the roads get during the monsoon. It’s a practical business. We deal with plots and projects around this side of the city mostly. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Buildings going up where there used to be empty space. It keeps us busy. We just try to get the paperwork right for everyone involved. No one here is a big executive type. We are just regular people working in real estate and trying to do a decent job without any of the extra polish.
