If you find yourself on Jaya Chamarajendra Road, specifically near Princess Street 4, you will see our shop, Vishal Auto Emporium. This area is famous for auto parts, and we have been part of that noise and bustle for a long time. Our shop is filled from floor to ceiling with boxes—gaskets, spark plugs, filters, and things I cannot even name without looking at the labels. It is a bit of a maze inside. We spend most of the day looking up part numbers and climbing ladders to find that one specific bolt someone needs for an old car. Our hands are usually a bit greasy because we are often checking parts or helping someone see how a piece fits. It is not a clean, white-floor showroom. It is a working shop where mechanics and car owners come when they are in a fix. The traffic on JC Road is legendary, and the sound of horns is just part of our background music. We do not have a fancy coffee machine for customers; we just have the parts they need to get their vehicles back on the road. Some days are just a constant stream of people asking for things we have to order in, while other days we have exactly what is needed right on the shelf. It is a tough business with a lot of competition around here, but we just keep doing our thing and helping out whoever walks in through the door.
