Our place is No B-109 in the Devasandra Industrial area. To get here you have to turn off at the 7th Cross in Mahadevpura. It is a bit tucked away so sometimes people miss the turn the first time they visit. Visesh Transmissions Pvt. Ltd. is basically a big workspace with high ceilings and a small corner for the office. It gets quite loud when everything is running but that is just how an industrial area is. The floors are concrete and have some oil stains here and there from over the years. We keep the big doors open most of the day to let the air circulate otherwise it gets too stuffy inside. There is a small tea shop just around the corner where we all go at eleven o'clock. We don't do much marketing or anything like that, we just handle the jobs as they come in. Most of the time we are busy with the mechanical parts and making sure the measurements are correct. It’s a lot of manual work and getting your hands dirty. We have a couple of old trucks that we use for moving stuff around the yard. It is not a shiny new facility but it works for what we do. We’ve been at this 7th Cross location for a while and we know the other shop owners nearby. It’s a good community of working people.
