We've been working out of the Govindaraj Building in Electronic City for a while now. Specifically on the second floor at door 12. It’s a busy spot near Krishnareddy Layout. Mostly, we handle building designs and the technical stuff that comes with starting a new construction project here in Bangalore. People stop by when they have a plot and need to figure out where the walls go or how to get the most out of their space. It’s a small office, usually cluttered with blueprints and rolls of paper. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and drinking tea while discussing window placements. Being in Konappa Agragaram makes it easy for local clients to find us without fighting too much traffic. Sometimes it gets loud with the city noise outside, but we get the work done. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure the measurements are right and the structure is solid. It’s just what we do every day. If you are walking around E-City, you might have seen our sign near the entrance. Most of our mornings start early with checking emails and looking over redlines from the day before. It is not fancy work, but it is necessary for anyone trying to build something that stays standing. We know the local rules around here well enough. That helps when someone is stuck on a planning issue. Just a group of us trying to draw things up right the first time.
