We’re Vineyard Builders & Constructions and our place is at Ramamurthy Nagar, right on Kanakapura Main Road 9/105. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always a lot of dust and noise. We do building work and general construction. Most of our life is spent dealing with labor, cement, and trying to keep the site clean, which never really happens. If you’re looking for us, look for the sign near 105. We’re not a huge corporation. It’s a local operation. We know the people around Ramamurthy Nagar and have worked on various bits and pieces around here. Construction is a tough business because there are so many moving parts. You have to deal with the electricity, the plumbing, and the structure itself. We try to keep things moving along. Some days we have plenty of workers and everything goes fast, other days half the crew doesn’t show up and we’re behind. That’s the reality of it. We don’t use a lot of fancy terminology. We just tell you what can be done and how long it might take. We’re mostly just focused on getting the roofs on and the doors fitted. It’s a lot of practical work and we’ve been doing it long enough to know the common pitfalls. It's just us doing our thing on Kanakapura Main Road every day. We try to stay on top of the schedule as much as possible.
