Our office is located at No 989/50, right on the 3rd Cross and 3rd Main in Vijayanagar. If you take the metro, we’re quite close to the Hosahalli station, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve been in this part of Bangalore for a good while. The space is filled with desks, some filing cabinets, and the constant sound of phones ringing or people interviewing. We deal with people all day, which can be tiring but also pretty interesting. We don't use any fancy corporate jargon here. We just talk to people like normal humans and try to figure out where they might fit best. The 560040 area is always busy, and we’re right in the thick of it. Sometimes the office gets crowded with applicants, and we have to scramble to find extra chairs. It’s not a polished environment with glass walls and designer furniture. It feels more like a lived-in workspace where things actually happen. We drink a lot of coffee to stay sharp while we go through resumes and talk to different companies. There’s no grand philosophy behind what we do; we just see a need for connecting people with work and we try to do that as best as we can. It’s straightforward, sometimes a bit messy, but it’s what we know. Being near the metro station is a huge plus for everyone involved.
