Vikas Oswal & Associates has been operating out of 180 Prakash Nagar for a good while now. We are tucked away on the 4th Cross in Maruthi Nagar, which is a fairly busy part of the neighborhood. Most days, the office is just filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and people talking over coffee. It is not a shiny corporate building with glass walls. Instead, it is more of a practical space where we keep our files and meet folks who need a bit of help with their paperwork. You can find us easily if you know the area, right there near the local shops. The 4th Cross gets a bit crowded during the middle of the day, but that is just how Maruthi Nagar is. Being here feels right because the neighborhood is like a real community. Usually, there is a stack of folders on every desk and someone is always on the phone. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It is more about getting the actual work finished before the day ends. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit since we first set up at 180 Prakash Nagar. Some of the old trees are gone, but the spirit of the place is still the same. Vikas Oswal & Associates is just a small team of us doing what we know how to do. Life is complicated enough, so we try not to make it harder for the people who walk through our door.
