Vijetha Constructions

We are over in the Banasawadi area of Bangalore, specifically at 9/2 M.E.S Quarters in M.S. Nagar. This part of the city has changed so much since we first started Vijetha Constructions. It used to be much quieter, but now there's traffic everywhere and new buildings going up on every corner. We stay busy with various construction jobs around this side of town. Being located in the M.E.S Quarters means we are close to a lot of the spots where we work. Our days usually start pretty early to beat the Bangalore traffic, which is a real struggle for anyone moving heavy equipment around. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just talk to people plainly about what they need built and how long it’s going to take us. There are days when the rain ruins our plans and we have to sit around waiting for things to dry out, but that's just part of the deal. We do our own bookkeeping and manage the crews ourselves. It’s a hands-on kind of business. We’ve built up a decent reputation just by being around for a while and finishing the tasks we take on. It’s not always easy, and sometimes the costs of materials go up unexpectedly, but we handle it. There’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a project finally get finished after weeks of hard work. We just keep our heads down and stay focused on the brick and mortar.
