This is Vijayaraj Constructions Pvt. Ltd. and we are based out of HSR Layout in Bangalore. You can find us at number 978 on the 23rd Main road, right near the 25th A Cross in the II Sector. Shailaja K. handles a lot of the things here. HSR Layout is a pretty organized part of the city, which makes it a good place to have an office. We deal with various building projects and our day is mostly filled with phone calls to contractors and checking on progress reports. It is not a very large operation, just a dedicated group of us making sure things move along. We have been in this spot for some time and we like the local vibe here. The office is functional and does the job. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations because we are usually out looking at sites or meeting people anyway. Dealing with construction in a city like Bangalore means there is always something going on, whether it is a permit issue or just making sure the materials arrive on time. We take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of the schedule. We don't really bother with big speeches or promises. We just show up and do the work that is expected of us. It is tough work some days but we have been doing it long enough that we know what to expect.
