Vijaya Raj Construction Company is located over at 8/22 Laxmamma Nilaya. It is on the 2nd Cross in Byrasandra, which is part of the Jayanagar 1st Block in Bangalore. If you know the Bangalore-11 area, you know how those narrow streets and turns can be. Our place is a bit tucked away, and it can be a tight squeeze for the delivery trucks sometimes. We have been working out of this building for a long time. It is an older place, nothing too modern or fancy, but it stays nice and cool even when the weather gets hot outside. There is almost always someone around shuffling through papers or talking about a new project we have started. We are not the type of company to have a big marketing team. We just do the construction work and let the results speak for themselves. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with blueprints and tea cups everywhere, but we always get the job done. We are just local people working hard in the city. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice for when we really have to focus on the numbers. People around here know us as the guys who have been in this spot forever. We do not try to act like a big corporation. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors. Jayanagar is a good place for us.
