Sri Parvathi Electricals

Sri Parvathi Electricals is tucked away at No. 231 on the 2nd Main and 5th Cross in Kansasheelanagar. We are over in the Mudalpaya part of Vijayanagar, right near the Brilliance English School. You can often hear the school bell ringing or the kids playing while we are working inside the shop. Our shelves are lined with all sorts of electrical bits—wires, switches, light bulbs, and fuses. It is a local kind of place where people from the neighborhood pop in because they need a new tube light or some wire for a home project. The space is a bit cramped because we try to keep a bit of everything in stock, so boxes are often stacked up in the corners. We spend a good part of the day untangling wires or testing bulbs to make sure they work before someone takes them home. It’s a steady pace of work. We usually have a pot of tea going in the back, and there is always someone coming in to ask a question about a fan that stopped spinning or a socket that’s acting up. We have been at this location for a while now, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years. We open up the shutters, sweep the front, and wait to see who needs help that day. It is just a regular shop serving the local people around the school area, and we like it that way. We don't do anything complicated, just provide the basics people need.
