Our office is located at No. 1 in the 1st Block of Jayanagar. We are right opposite East Madhava Park, which is a great landmark and a nice place to see from the window. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, and it feels like home to most of us. The work we do involves a lot of consulting and planning, so the office is usually full of charts, reports, and various project documents. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees; we are a smaller team that knows how to work together. Things are pretty casual around here, though we do put in a lot of hours when a project is in its final stages. You won't find a lot of high-tech gadgets or flashy decor in our lobby. Instead, you'll see a lot of desks covered in folders and people busy on their phones. Jayanagar is a classic Bangalore neighborhood, and we like the vibe here. There are plenty of places to get a good South Indian breakfast nearby, which is how many of our days start. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from others. We just try to provide practical advice and get the job done without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
