We are in the Varsiddhi Building on 4th Cross in RMV 2nd Stage. It is in the 2nd Block, near Rajmahal Hospital. RMV is a pretty good area to work in. It has a bit of a professional vibe but it is not as suffocating as the main business districts. Our office is on the second floor. The stairs are a bit steep, so you get a little workout every time you come in. We have a lot of desks and a lot of computers. Since we are a construction company, there is always a bit of dust and a lot of boots near the door. It is not the kind of place where you worry about getting the floor dirty. We spend a lot of time on the phone with sites or looking at blueprints. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when you are looking at small print all day. We have got a small pantry where we make coffee. It is usually the busiest place in the morning. We do not really have any big mission statements on the walls. Instead, we have calendars and project schedules. It is a practical, no-nonsense environment. Most of us have been in the industry for a long time, so we just get on with it. It is a solid place to work, and we like being near the hospital because it is a landmark everyone knows. We just keep building things.
