We are based right in the heart of Marathahalli. If you know anything about this area, you know that the traffic is almost always a nightmare, but we have learned to live with it. Our office is a modest space where we spend most of our waking hours. It is not a place with glass walls or modern art; it is just a functional room with some sturdy tables and chairs. We have a small area where we make coffee, which is probably the most used part of the office. The walls are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes pinned up here and there. We aren't the type of people who care much about appearances or corporate polish. We would rather spend our time getting the work right than worrying about what the office looks like. It is usually just a few of us in here, so it never gets too loud, except for when we are all trying to solve a problem at the same time. We have a routine that works for us, and we stick to it. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or talking on the phone with people who need our help. It is not glamorous work, but it is what we know how to do. We like being in Marathahalli because everything we need is close by, even if it takes a while to drive there.
