Vertex Infras Builders & Developers

We’ve been around Koramangala 710 for a while now. It's a busy spot but we like it here. My brother and I started Vertex Infras Builders & Developers because we saw how much was being built and figured we could help out. We mostly deal with small projects and renovations around this neighborhood. It’s not always easy keeping up with all the paperwork and the weather, but we manage somehow. People usually just drop by the office when they have a question about their house or some land they’re looking at. We aren't a big fancy firm with a lobby or anything. It's just a couple of desks and some old blueprints lying around. We try to be straight with people about costs and how long things will take. Sometimes things get delayed, that's just construction, but we tell you. Most of our work comes from folks talking to their neighbors. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. We keep our tools ready and our phones on. If you're walking past 710, you might see us drinking tea outside. It’s a decent living and we know the ground here better than anyone. It’s a lot of dust and hard work, but seeing a wall go up correctly is still a good feeling after all this time. We don't do much advertising because we're usually busy enough as it is. Just local builders doing what we know.
