Vernekar Associates is located in the St Bed area of Koramangala IV Block. Our address is 8, 1st 'A' Main. Koramangala is usually known for being loud and full of startups, but the St Bed side is a bit more settled. We’ve been working from this office for years. It’s a straightforward setup where we do our architectural planning and design work. We don't have a front desk with a fancy receptionist or a coffee bar. Usually, you’ll just find us at our desks, surrounded by rolls of blueprints and technical books. We focus on the practical side of things—how to make a space livable and how to get the construction right. We’ve spent a lot of time on local sites, so we know the challenges of building in this city. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way. It means we actually know what’s going on with every project that comes through the door. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just architecture. Sometimes we spend hours just debating the height of a ceiling or the placement of a window. That’s the reality of the job. Being in Koramangala means we’re close to everything, but being in St Bed gives us the space to actually think. We are just a group of people who enjoy the process of building things from the ground up and getting the details right.
