Our office is actually inside an apartment building, Alpine Regency, on 10th C Main Road. We’re on the second floor, Flat No. B-202. Jayanagar is a nice area, especially the 1st Block where we are, with all the trees and the quiet streets. It’s much better than being in the middle of the city traffic. Because we work out of an apartment, it feels more like a home than a workplace. We have a couple of rooms set up with desks and computers. It’s mostly quiet here, which helps when we need to focus. We don't really have a big sign outside, so most people come to see us by appointment. We’ve been here in Bangalore for a few years now. The balcony looks out over the road and sometimes we take our tea breaks there. It’s a small group of us, so we don't need much space. We don't really follow a strict dress code here since it’s just us. Sometimes we work in our casual clothes and only dress up if we have to go out for a meeting. The kitchen is small but we manage to make some decent lunches there. We like the Jayanagar vibe because you can go for a walk in the park nearby when your eyes get tired from looking at the screen. It’s a very low-key way of running things. We don't have any plans to move to a bigger office because this suits us.
