Veracious Builders & Developers operates out of Cubbon Road Sarakki 302. It’s a location that keeps us right in the thick of things. We’ve been working in the building trade for quite a while now. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we keep our files and meet up before heading out to sites. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to polish our image. What you see is pretty much what you get. We spend our days looking at land, checking permits, and making sure the crews have what they need. It can be a bit stressful when materials don’t show up on time, but that’s just the nature of the beast. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to do a decent job on the projects we have. The office at 302 is usually quiet in the afternoons when everyone is out, but mornings are a bit of a whirlwind. We have a lot of old-fashioned ways of doing things, like writing stuff down in big ledgers instead of using fancy software for everything. It works for us, and it keeps things clear. If you’re ever around Cubbon Road, you might spot our sign. We don't do big launches or fancy parties for our buildings. We just hand over the keys and move on to the next one. The neighborhood has grown a lot since we first set up here at 302, and it is interesting to see the changes. It’s a steady life and we’re happy with it.
