We operate out of a place in Rajajinagar 2nd Stage, specifically on the 9th Cross. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s not your typical glass-and-steel office building. We share the space under the care of the Rathod family. It’s a bit of a tight fit with all the files and the equipment we need for our infrastructure work, but it works for what we need right now. Most of our days are spent coordinating projects across Bangalore. Since we are in Rajajinagar, it's pretty easy to get to different parts of the city, though the traffic on the main roads is always a factor. We don't have a big staff, just a few dedicated people who handle the planning and the paperwork. You’ll often find us spread out over the dining table looking at maps or talking to contractors on our cell phones. It’s a very informal environment. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. We just talk through what needs to be done and then go out and do it. Sometimes the neighbors come by for a chat, and it feels more like a community than a workplace. We’ve been doing this for several years and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like anything else. We’re just here to get our projects finished. The street outside is lined with trees, so it’s actually quite nice when you step out.
