Our office is on Kuvempu Road, right near the Kanakapura cross in Jaraganahalli. It’s a busy part of Bangalore 78 and there’s always something happening right outside our door. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now, focusing on the infrastructure and project side of things. It’s a practical setup. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee mugs lying around. The team spends a good chunk of the day out on site visits, checking on the progress of various construction jobs. When we are in the office, it’s mostly about making sure the permits are in order and the plans are being followed. It’s not the most glamorous job, but we like the process of seeing something get built from the ground up. The traffic on Kanakapura Road can be a nightmare, so we try to schedule our site visits early in the morning. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just the address on the door. It’s a small group of us here. We know each other well and we don't bother with corporate talk. If there's a problem on a project, we just sit down and figure it out together. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just how this business is. We just want to do a decent job and go home to our families. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a walk when the office gets too loud.
