Velankani Infrastructure & Projects Pvt Ltd

Our office is over on the first floor in BEML Layout, 3rd Stage. It is a busy part of Bangalore, so there is always something happening outside the windows. We have been operating Velankani Infrastructure & Projects Pvt Ltd from here for some time now. Dealing with infrastructure means a lot of phone calls and paperwork, but mostly it is about being out where the actual building happens. We aren't the type to wear suits and sit in meetings all day. Usually, someone is running out the door to check on a site or talk to a supplier about some delays. The team here is small but we know each other well. We started out just doing small bits of work and it grew from there. It is funny how a few years can change things. Our space at D.No. 895 is packed with drawings and project notes. It gets a bit chaotic when we have several projects going at once. Bangalore keeps changing and there is always a new road or a building going up, so we stay pretty occupied. We aren't big on fancy talk or making big promises, we just try to get the project done without too many headaches. Sometimes there are problems, but we just sit down and figure it out. That is the way we have always done it. It is a lot of long hours, but it feels okay at the end of the week when things are moving.
