Velankani Infrastructure & Projecst Pvt. Ltd

Our office is located in Davanagere, specifically in the Jalinagar area at II Main and IV Cross. It’s a regular building in a regular neighborhood. We’ve been here under the name Velankani Infrastructure & Projecst Pvt. Ltd for some time now. Yes, the name has that little spelling quirk, but that is how we are registered. People around Jalinagar mostly know us for the work we do in the local area. The office is a functional space. We have some old desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of files tucked away in cabinets. We don't have a receptionist or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, we just make our own tea and get to work. Davanagere is a good place to be based. It’s central and we can reach different project sites without too much trouble. Our days are filled with checking on progress and making sure we have enough supplies for whatever is happening on site. It’s not glamorous. There is a lot of dust and a lot of talking to laborers and vendors. We keep a simple schedule and try not to overcomplicate things. Sometimes we stay late when a project is near the end, and other times we close up early if the weather is too bad. It’s just the way life goes for a small infrastructure firm like ours. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s been our routine for years now.
