Vdb Propert / Real Estate / Construction Company is where Ashish H. Darji and the rest of us work. Our address is 3390/20 on 5th Main, right across from the park area. We focus on real estate and building things, which means we spend a lot of our time talking about property and land. The office isn't anything you would see in a fancy magazine. It is a working office with a bit of dust on the shelves and plenty of site photos pinned to the walls. We deal with a lot of local folks looking for houses or people wanting to build something new. It involves a lot of paperwork and trips to the government offices. We do not really have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes the phone does not stop ringing for hours. Other days, it is quiet enough to actually hear yourself think. We have been in the construction business for a while and we know how things work around here. We do not use any fancy sales talk. We just tell people what the situation is with their property or the project. It is a lot of long hours sometimes, especially when a construction project is finishing up. We just keep doing what we do. The office is a bit messy with blueprints and half-empty water bottles, but it is a real place where real work gets done.
