Vbl Innovations Limited

Being in the Peenya Industrial Area means we are surrounded by noise and activity all day. Our building at 81-82 7th Main is right in the thick of it. Vbl Innovations Limited has been sitting here for a good while. It's not a flashy place, just a workspace where things actually happen. We spend a lot of time on the floor, making sure everything is running like it's supposed to. Sometimes things break and we fix them. That's just part of being in an industrial phase like this. The roads around here can be a bit of a mess, especially when the big trucks are moving. Inside, it's mostly work. We have a few desks and a lot of equipment. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. It’s practical. People here wear boots and shirts that get dirty. We talk about the weekend while we're having tea. It’s a decent place to work. We’ve got a mix of young guys and some who have been here since the start. Everyone just knows their job. We don’t have big meetings that go on for hours. Usually, we just talk across the hall. The weather in Bangalore is okay, but inside the shed, it gets stuffy. We keep the fans going. It’s just us, doing what we do. No more, no less. It’s a grind sometimes, but we get through it together as a team.
