Vasu Traders

You have to come up to the 3rd floor at Door No-4 to find us. We are in Widiya Layout, which is part of Nanak Ganga Nagar, 2nd Stage. It’s just off the West of Chord Road. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. The office is a bit tucked away, so new people sometimes wander around the layout looking for us. We are a trading house, so the rooms are often full of samples and ledgers. We don't have any big flashy signs. Most of our business comes from people we have known for years. It's a small team here. We spend a lot of time on the phones talking to suppliers and checking on prices. The windows look out over the neighborhood rooftops. It is usually quiet except for the sound of traffic from the main road nearby. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee throughout the day. The desks are covered in sticky notes and old files. We don't really do much in the way of marketing; we just rely on doing our job and people telling their friends about us. It is a comfortable, slightly messy place to work. Sometimes we stay late to finish the accounts or wait for a late delivery to arrive. It is just a normal local business trying to keep things moving. We like being in this part of the city.
