We are over here at Sreedhar Reddy’s place in the Chinnappa Buildings. It’s right in Muniyappa Garden off T.C. Palya Road in K.R. Puram. Bangalore traffic is usually a mess near the office, so we spend a lot of time just getting things sorted inside. Vascon Construction Pvt Ltd has been based in this spot for some time now. It is not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular place where we get the work done. People often get lost finding the turn into Muniyappa Garden because the signs aren't great, but we are there. We deal with the usual construction paperwork and site management from this desk. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and wait or talk about the projects. It’s a small team mostly. We don’t have a big marketing department writing things for us, so this is just us explaining where we are. If you are coming from the main road, look for the buildings near the garden area. We have stacks of files and blueprints everywhere. Most days are just spent on the phone or looking at schedules. It gets dusty because of the road work nearby, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come with being a construction outfit in a growing city like Bangalore.
