Varuna Neeravari Private Limited

Our place is at No. 42, Mohan Nivas, right on the 6th Cross in Gajendra Nagar. It’s in the Adugodi part of Bangalore, postcode 30. We go by Varuna Neeravari Private Limited. The word "Neeravari" has to do with water, which is a big part of what we focus on. We work out of this house-turned-office, which makes the whole thing feel pretty relaxed compared to the big towers. Bangalore can be a real headache with the traffic, but once you get into the 6th Cross, it’s a bit calmer. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to people about their water needs. It’s not the kind of work that makes the news, but it’s important for the folks who live and work around here. We have a small crew and we’ve known each other for years. There isn't a lot of hierarchy; we just all chip in where needed. Some days we are out in the field, other days we are stuck at the desks in Mohan Nivas doing the books. We don't have any glossy brochures to hand out. Most of our work comes from just being around for a long time and knowing the local area well. We like being in Adugodi and helping out with the practical stuff that keeps the water moving. It’s a steady job and we’re glad to have a roof over our heads at Mohan Nivas while we do it. It can get tiring but we stay at it.
