You'll find us over at Plot No.271/272-P in the Narasapura Industrial Area. Kolar is a busy district, and this industrial zone is always humming with trucks and noise. VARROC POLYMER PVT. LTD. is right in the middle of it. We work with plastics and polymers, which means the machines are loud and the floor stays pretty warm. It’s honest work. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure the parts we produce are what they’re supposed to be. The heat in Narasapura can be tough in the summer months, but the guys on the floor are used to it. We keep our coffee machine running all day. Sometimes the power flickers, but we have backups to keep the lines going. It’s a big space, plenty of room for the materials we bring in. We have a routine. Clock in, check the specs, run the molds. We don't have a fancy lobby with leather chairs. It’s more about the loading docks and the raw materials coming in. We've been in this part of Kolar for a bit, so we know the neighbors. If a truck gets stuck or a pallet breaks, someone is usually around to help out. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, making sure the orders for the polymers get filled and sent off to wherever they need to go next. It's just manufacturing at the end of the day.
