Vardhaman Pressure Die Casting

The heat in the shop is the main thing you notice when you walk into number 281 here in Kachanayakanahalli. We have been part of the Bommasandra Industrial Area for quite some time and it is always a noisy place to be. Vardhaman Pressure Die Casting is where we spend our days dealing with molten metal and heavy molds. It isn't a clean job by any means. Our hands are usually black from the machines and the floor gets slippery if we don't watch out. We have a few guys working the shifts and we just try to get the parts out to the companies that need them. Sometimes the dies get stuck or the temperature isn't right and we have to start the whole batch over again. It can be frustrating when the clock is ticking. Being near the Hennagara Post means there are lots of trucks coming and going all the time. We don't have a fancy office for meetings, just a small corner where we keep the records and have our lunch. It's an industrial life and we are used to the sound of the hammers and the hiss of the cooling metal. Most of us have been doing this for years so we know the machines inside out. We just keep our heads down and get the work done as best as we can every day. It is hard work but we are glad to have the steady business.
