Vanshee Builders & Developers Pvt Ltd is located at 684 Indira Nagar on the Isanpur Narol Road. Our building is called Padhmalayam, and we are quite close to CMH Hospital. It’s a handy landmark for anyone trying to visit us for the first time. The office itself is nothing special. It’s mostly just a bunch of desks, a very old printer that jams too often, and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We aren't the type of people who spend a lot on fancy furniture. We’d rather be out at the construction sites seeing how the actual work is progressing. The road outside can get incredibly loud with all the ambulances and traffic going towards the hospital. You get used to the sirens after a while. Most of the people working here have been with the company since the start. We have our own way of doing things that might seem a bit disorganized to an outsider, but it works for us. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just try to get the projects finished without too many delays, though in this business, something always comes up. Whether it’s the rain or a shortage of sand, there is always a new problem to solve. We usually grab lunch from the small place around the corner. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of environment here at Padhmalayam. We just keep at it.
