Value Designbuild Pvt. Ltd. is located on the third floor of Vdb Sentai. We occupy rooms 301 and 302. Being on Narayanapura Main Road in Whitefield means we spend a lot of time talking about the traffic outside. It’s a constant topic of conversation here. The office itself is pretty functional. We have a lot of computers set up for the design work and a few big tables for the building plans. It’s a bit of a trek up to the third floor, but the view of the road helps us see how the neighborhood is changing. We’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up from this vantage point. Inside, it’s mostly the sound of clicking mice and the occasional printer running in the corner. We aren't big on fancy decorations. Most of our wall space is taken up by calendars and site schedules. We usually have a few bags of cement samples or bricks lying around the floor because we are always checking materials. It’s a working office, not a showroom. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold, so we end up wearing sweaters even when it’s hot outside. We handle the design and the build side of things, so there’s always someone coming in from a site with dusty shoes. We don't mind. It shows things are moving. We just stay focused on the tasks we have for the day and try to get home before the road gets too blocked up.
