Value Designbuild Pvt. Ltd. is located over in Banashankari, specifically at No. 1617 on 17th Main. We are on the 5th B Cross in the I Stage, II Block area. It is a well-known part of Bangalore and we have been here long enough to know all the local shops. Our office is a practical space. We do not go for anything too polished because we are usually out on sites or working on messy designs anyway. It is a busy street but once you get inside it is mostly just the sound of people working and the occasional fan whirring. We keep a pretty regular schedule. Most of us arrive around the same time and we stay until the day's tasks are finished. There are no corporate handbooks or long meetings about nothing. We just talk about the projects and what needs to happen next. It is a straightforward way of doing things. The building we are in is older but it has character and it serves us well. We have grown attached to this corner of the city. If you walk past, you might see us through the window just working away. We are just a local team trying to do a decent job on every project that comes across our desks. There is not much more to it than that, just a group of people working together in a quiet neighborhood.
