Value Designbuild Pvt Ltd

You can find us over at No. 11 on the second floor of Manjunatha Nilaya. It is in SG Palya, right around CV Ram Nagar here in Bangalore. It is one of those spots that feels like a real neighborhood. We have been at Value Designbuild Pvt Ltd for a while now and this office has seen a lot of projects come and go. It is not the biggest office you will ever see but it has enough room for our tables and all the paper we use. Most of the guys have been here since the start. We do not spend a lot on fancy furniture because we would rather focus on the actual building work we do. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow but it is good exercise. We usually have a lot of stuff going on at once so the place can get a bit messy with samples and drawings everywhere. It is just the way it goes when you are busy. We do not really do big speeches or have a complicated way of working. We just look at what needs to be built and we get to it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat and that is fine. It is a decent place to work and we are glad to be part of this community. We try to keep things grounded and just do the job right.
