Our office is tucked away in Flat No 303 at Ramaiah Residency in Murgeshpalya. It is a residential kind of area so it feels a bit different than a big glass building. Being on the third floor means we get a little bit of a view of S.R. Layout but mostly we are just looking at our desks. We have been here in Bangalore 560 017 for a good bit of time now. Value Designbuild Pvt Ltd is just a group of us who know a thing or two about construction and design. It is not a huge operation but it works for us. Usually, the morning starts with tea and then we get right into the drawings and the phone calls. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow so we end up taking the stairs. It is a quiet place to work for the most part, which helps when you are trying to figure out a tricky layout. We don’t have those flashy signs or marketing people running around. We just handle the projects that come our way. People in the building know us as the guys who are always looking at blue prints. It is a steady life and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure everything we build is solid and looks okay without all the extra corporate talk people use these days.
