Value Design Build

Value Design Build is over in Mahalakshmipuram in Bangalore. We are specifically located at 175/8, on the 1st D Main road in Galeyara Balaga. Bangalore is a city that never stops building, so there is always something happening around us. We spend a lot of our time between the office and different sites. It’s a lot of planning and then seeing how things actually turn out on the ground. Indhumathi N helps keep things running here. The weather in Bangalore is usually nice, but the traffic makes getting to 3rd Cross a bit of a nightmare sometimes. We aren't a massive construction firm with hundreds of workers. We are a smaller team that pays attention to what’s in front of us. Our office is simple and functional. We have drawings spread out on tables and samples of materials tucked in corners. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we work. We don't go for big, flashy presentations. We just talk to people and try to build things that stay up. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with contractors and suppliers. Every project has its own set of problems, but we just deal with them one by one. We’ve been part of this Bangalore neighborhood for a bit now and we like the local vibe. It feels good to see a project finally come together after all the hard work.
