Vaks Online Service is at 631 Kundalahalli, on Triveni Road in the K N Extension, 2nd Cross. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but once you find the 2nd cross, we are right there. The office is set up for online work, so we have a lot of cables and routers everywhere. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. We handle different types of online tasks and services for people who come in. We have a few computers lined up against the wall and some chairs for customers. The lighting is a bit bright, but it helps when you’re looking at a screen all day. Kundalahalli is a busy area, especially with all the tech folks around. We stay open pretty late most days because that’s when people need help with their online stuff. We have a small fan that rattles a bit, but it keeps the air moving. It’s a small operation. We don’t have any fancy decorations, just some calendars and a clock that’s five minutes fast. Most people come in to get things printed or to have us help them with digital forms. It’s basic, everyday work. We don’t make a big deal out of it. We just sit here, do the work, and chat with the regulars who stop by. Sometimes the internet slows down when it rains, so we just wait it out.
