If you go down KHB Road in Sultanpalya you will find us at 52/1 Rabrindranath Tagore Nagar. Vaishnavi Constructions has been operating out of this neighborhood for a good bit now. Our office isn't anything too flashy just a place where we keep our blueprints and meet with the guys from the sites. Building things in a crowded area like R.T. Nagar has its challenges. You have to worry about the narrow roads and getting materials delivered without blocking everyone's way. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different spots checking on the foundations and the brickwork. It is messy work and we usually go home with dust on our shoes every single day. We don't really use big words or fancy presentations when we talk to people about their houses. We just tell them what is possible and what isn't. Sometimes the weather doesn't help us and we have to wait out the monsoon before we can finish a roof. That is just the nature of construction. There are a few of us here who have lived in this part of town our whole lives so we know the streets pretty well. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like seeing a project go from a hole in the ground to a place where a family can actually live. It takes a lot of patience and steady work to get the job done right for the people.
