Vaibhava Projects

We have been operating out of Kumarswamy Layout for quite a while now. Our office is located at 2821 on the 7th Main, right in the 2nd Stage. Most of our daily work happens right here in Bangalore, and it is a pretty busy spot to be in. We like the area though. We mostly focus on getting the projects done as they come in. Sometimes the traffic around here makes things a bit hectic in the mornings, but we always manage to get through it. We are not a giant corporation with those fancy, glass-walled offices you see in the city center. It is just us here, working on whatever needs to be finished for our clients. We deal with all sorts of project needs that come our way. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or by just seeing the sign outside. The team we have here knows this neighborhood well because many of us actually live nearby. We do not spend much time on fancy websites or big advertisements. To us, it is more about the day-to-day tasks and keeping things moving. If you happen to come by the office at 2821, there is usually someone around to have a chat. We try to keep our business very straightforward. No big talk or empty promises, just the usual work cycle we have followed for years. We have seen this part of Bangalore change quite a bit. Being in the 2nd stage puts us right in the middle of everything. We just handle the construction and project bits as they arrive. It’s a steady pace and we don't have many corporate rules.
