A good landmark is Coles Park, which is right nearby and makes it a lot easier for people to find the building. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and it’s a comfortable place for us to work. It’s not a huge, sleek office; it’s more of a practical space where we can focus on engineering problems and look over site plans. There are usually a few of us here, and things can get a bit cluttered with all the technical documents we have to keep track of. We don't really do the whole marketing thing or try to sound like a massive firm. We are just local engineers doing our job every day. Shivaji Nagar is a lively part of town, and we like being close to Coles Park because it’s a nice bit of green in the middle of the city. If you come by, you’ll see we are pretty informal. We just wear what’s comfortable and get to work. It is a straightforward operation here at Ojili Meadows. We don't use big words or corporate talk. We just focus on the engineering tasks we have and try to do them well without any unnecessary drama or complicated processes. It’s a real working environment.
