V and S Construction and Architcture

Our office is at 52/4 in Ms Palya, which is over in the Vidyaranyapura area of Bangalore. We are situated right opposite the Sambhram Institute of Technology. V and S Construction and Architcture is just a small group of us handling the design and building side of things. We don’t have a corporate office with leather chairs or a fancy boardroom. It’s just a practical space where we have our computers and some large tables for spreading out architectural drawings. Being in the 560097 area, we are surrounded by a lot of development, and being across from the institute means there is always some activity on the road. We’ve been at this Ms Palya location for a good while. We don’t really bother with marketing or trying to sound like a huge company. We just take on projects and do our best to get them through the construction phase. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to material suppliers and site visits to make sure things are going according to the plan. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty with all the construction talk, but that is part of the job. If someone needs to find us, the college is the best landmark to use. We just keep things honest and work through the daily tasks without making a big production out of it. It’s a regular way of working for the two of us here.
