Our place is at Vasanth Nagar Rishi Nagar 23/1. It’s where we base our elevator service. We aren't a huge outfit, just a group of people who know how to work on lifts. We spend our time going from one building to the next in Vasanth Nagar and the surrounding areas. A lot of what we do is just preventative stuff—oiling the rails, checking the cables, making sure the sensors are clean. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the elevators from breaking down when people need them most. We’ve got a small workshop at the back where we can fix some components. The office part is mostly just for taking calls and keeping the logs. We don't go in for big sales pitches. Usually, people call us because their current guy didn't show up or they need someone nearby who can get there fast. We know the streets around Rishi Nagar well. Sometimes we have to deal with grumpy tenants when a lift is down for a few hours, but that’s just part of the deal. We try to work quietly and get out of the way. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve learned that being reliable is the most important thing. It’s a steady job. We aren't looking to change the world, just to keep the elevators in our patch working properly without too much fuss. It works for us.
