Urvee... Friends Of Nature is located at 16, Shantadurga, on the 16th Cross in Malleswaram. Malleswaram is one of those neighborhoods that still feels a bit like old Bangalore, with its trees and quiet streets, though it’s getting busier lately. Our place at Shantadurga is where we keep everything organized. It’s a humble setup, really. We spend our days surrounded by things that remind us of the outdoors, even though we’re inside an office. We aren't a big corporation with big fancy goals written on the wall. We just like what we do and we try to stay true to the name of the business. The 16th Cross is a nice place to be, and we’ve gotten to know the people who live and work around here. We don’t really go in for big marketing campaigns or trying to sound like we’re changing the world. We just do our bit from our small corner in Malleswaram. The office usually has some plants in the window and a lot of books on the shelves. It’s a quiet atmosphere most of the time, which helps us focus. We handle our daily chores, answer the phone, and keep things moving. It’s a very local, very simple operation. We don’t feel the need to be anything more than what we are, which is just a small group of people working out of Shantadurga. We just take it one day at a time.
